We were shocked and saddened to hear of Ford's passing. He was a dear friend. Ford spent many years truck driving. As such, he was always sensitive to the needs of other truckers and anxious to share his faith. I remember receiving a letter from a gentleman in the US who was contemplating suicide when he heard a knock on the truck window. Ford's caring for another trucker not only saved his life but prepared him for eternity and sent him back home to his wife and family. Only eternity will reveal the good that this fine brother accomplished in his life. May the love and peace and sustaining grace of God support you in the days to come.
