LORIE FAY MATTHEWS
1974 – 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lorie Fay Matthews announce her passing at her home in King’s Point on May 6, 2017 at the age of 42. Lorie was predeceased by her father Harold Burton. Left with fond and loving memories is her husband Corey of King’s Point and daughter Chelsey (Justin) of Springdale. Also leaving to mourn is her mother Judy Burton; brothers-Sam (Sharon) and Stephen (Kayla); nieces-Samantha, Lydia and Paige; nephews-Jackson, Theodore, Sabe and Drew; inlaws Iris & George Kelley and Clarence & Delores Foster; sisters-in-law-Stephanie (Jamie) and Amanda (Orlando). Pastor Murdock Pittman will conduct the funeral service from the King of King’s Pentecostal Church in King’s Point on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Interfaith Cemetery. Pallbearers are Robin Upward, Sharon Burton, Kayla Burton, Sharon Sanford, Samantha Burton and Debbie Penney. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
