CLYDE BRUCE TIZZARD
1952 – 2016
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clyde B. Tizzard announce his passing at the Green Bay Health Care Center in Springdale on Monday, July 18, 2016 at the age of 64. Clyde was a member of the Salvation Army Springdale Corps and a retired member of the Springdale Fire Department. He worked as a supervisor of construction sites for many years. Clyde was predeceased by his spouse, Eileen Turner; his father, Cyril Tizzard and his sister, Sandra Tizzard. Left with fond and loving memories is his wife Marie Tizzard; mother, Olive Tizzard; son, Ryan Tizzard and daughter, Kaly Tizzard all of Springdale. Also leaving to mourn are brothers-Harvey Tizzard (Pat) of Springdale, Boyd Tizzard (Frances) of Alberta, Randy Tizzard (Kathy) of Ontario, Wade Tizzard (Vera) of Ontario, Tony Tizzard of Springdale and Lorne Tizzard (Dea) of Ontario; sisters-Sheila Stride (Howard) of Ontario, Pauline Matthews (Gerald) of South Brook, Verlie Parsons of Ontario, Barbara Lush (Warren) of Triton, Christine Rideout of Ontario, Lorna Tizzard of Springdale, stepchildren-Robert Rowsell (Karen) of Alberta, Mark Rowsell (Sarah) of Gander, Adam Rowsell (Tia) of Ontario; stepgrandchildren-Jordan and Emma as well as many nieces, nephews, close friends and co-workers. Majors Collin & Jacqueline Abbott will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Springdale. Pallbearers are George Rice, Vaden Burton, Joe Morey, Den Turner, Jerry Blackler and Rex Anstey.
